Am Wochenende fand anlässlich von 100 Jahre Braunviehzucht in Vorarlberg eine Brown Swiss Landesschau in Dornbirn statt. Hier waren auch Töchter der Alpengenetikstiere stark platziert.
Als erstes konnte sich die AG DIXIBOY- Tochter Walli von Edith Schwarzmann- Bechter aus Langenegg eine 1c Platzierung sichern.
Danach konnten zwei fantastische AG BLOWER- Töchter jeweils einen Gruppensieg in der 2. Laktation erringen. Es waren Hergard EX 92 von Bernd Stocker aus St. Gallenkirchen und Fortuna EX 92 von Sieglinde und Hermann Wachter aus Tschagguns, die obendrein auch eine ehrenvolle Erwähnung bei der Championwahl Jungkühe gewinnen konnte.
Bei den Kühen mit 3 Abkalbungen platzierte sich die AG SALOM- Tochter Mara EX 92 von Sieglinde und Hermann Wachter aus Tschagguns auf dem 1c Rang in ihrer Gruppe. Ebenso belegtedie AG BLOWER- Tochter Zenzi EX 91 von Stefan Pfefferkorn den 1c Platz.
In der Gruppe mit 4 Abkalbungen errang Glena EX 92 (V. AG ANIRAY) die 1b Platzierung. Sie stammt von der Ganahl Personengemeinschaft aus Tschagguns.
Die AG PIRLO- Tochter Elena EX 94 von Clemens Nigsch aus Sankt Gerold gewann in der Gruppe der Dauerleistungskühe von 60.000 bis 73.999 kg Milch
Ein Highlight des Tages war die Chamipionwahl der Altkühe. Den Titel konnte sich die AG JAMES- Tochter Adriana EX 93 von Cornelia und Christoph Rhomberg aus Dornbirn sichern. Diese Ausnahmekuh wurde in der 5. Laktation vorgestellt und konnte begeistern.

Brown Swiss Show in Vorarlberg

A highlight of the day was the Chamipion selection of the old cows. The title was won by the AG JAMES daughter Adriana EX 93 of Cornelia and Christoph Rhomberg from Dornbirn. This exceptional cow was presented in the 5th lactation and could inspire.
